• Converts four legislative members of the Indiana Heritage Trust project committee from nonvoting to voting members, effective July 1, 2017.

• Increases Indiana White River State Park Development Commission voting members from 10 to 14 by converting four legislative members from nonvoting to voting status.

• Changes quorum requirements for both committees to one half plus one of appointed members instead of fixed numbers.

• Modifies commission meeting procedures to allow any five voting members to call a meeting, reducing the previous threshold from seven members.

• Repeals IC 14-13-1-9, which previously established nonvoting legislative member positions on the commission.
