Voter registration and other voting matters. Provides that a county election board (board) may adopt a resolution by a vote of a majority of the members of the board to provide that the polls close at any time after 6 p.m. and not later than 8 p.m. on election day. Allows a board to adopt a resolution by the majority vote of the board's entire membership in order to establish satellite locations for early voting.
