Legislative Description
Right to work out. Provides that after June 30, 2017, a health spa may not require an individual to: (1) become or remain a member of a health spa; (2) enter into a contract with the health spa; or (3) pay dues, fees, assessments, or other charges of any kind or amount to the health spa; as a condition to use the health spa's health spa services.
