The Indiana General Assembly recognizes the Noblesville Cultural Arts District, which was officially designated by the Noblesville Common Council on August 16, 2016.

The Noblesville Arts Council, formed in August 2013 and represented by 19 area organizations, worked collaboratively to establish the cultural arts district with participation from artists, art organizations, government, local businesses, schools, and the library.

The cultural arts district includes Federal Hill Commons (featuring an amphitheater near the White River), the Logan Street Sanctuary, local artist residences and studios, and Seminary Park.

Noblesville currently offers more than 300 cultural arts events annually and joins Bloomington, Carmel, Columbus, Lafayette, Madison, and Nashville in Indiana's Statewide Cultural Districts Program.

The Secretary of the Senate shall transmit a copy of the resolution to John Ditslear, Mayor of Noblesville, and Joni Corbett, President of the Noblesville Cultural Arts Commission.
