Urges Governor Eric Holcomb to recognize September as Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month to raise awareness and better help survivors.

Defines a brain aneurysm as a weak bulging spot on the wall of a brain artery, which when ruptured causes blood to escape into the space around the brain and usually requires advanced surgical treatment.

Notes that ruptured aneurysms are relatively uncommon but very serious, with high mortality rates and disability rates, and that survivors face physical challenges, emotional challenges, depression, and potential deficits.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Governor Eric Holcomb, the Brain Aneurysm Foundation, and Raymond Morefield.
