Honors Tara Harmon, a Zionsville Community Schools student, for receiving a 2017 Prudential Spirit of Community Service Award as one of Indiana's top two youth volunteers.

Recognizes Harmon's volunteer work providing 200 school uniforms to an elementary school with high rates of free and reduced-price lunches through a grant from the Indianapolis Colts and donations from Walmart.

Acknowledges Harmon's efforts to address summer hunger by securing grants and store donations to provide 100 weekend meal packages to summer campers.

Credits Harmon with planting a vegetable garden that yielded 600 pounds of produce for an inner-city summer camp and benefiting an estimated 500 children in need through her charitable activities.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Tara Harmon.
