Legislative Description

Airport boards. Provides that on July 1, 2018, the advisory member of the board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority representing Morgan County becomes a full voting member of the board. Increases from five members to six members the number of appointments made by the mayor of Indianapolis to the board of the Indianapolis airport authority. Makes conforming changes. Makes the following changes with regard to the rotary fund of a board aviation commissioners (board): (1) Allows the rotary fund to be used for expenses incurred in operating a public fueling station (instead of only for fuel and oil purchases).
