Legislative Description
Age of consent. Adds the criminal offense of indiscretion, which is committed when a person who is at least 23 years of age engages in sexual intercourse or other sexual conduct, fondling, or touching with a child who is at least 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age. Provides that a teacher's license may be revoked or contract canceled for conviction of indiscretion. Adds indiscretion to the list of sex offenses. Makes conforming amendments.
