• NVRA official must submit all Indiana registered voter names to the United States Postal Service National Change of Address Service and request voter lists from Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio by December 31 annually.

• County voter registration offices must execute a memorandum of understanding with Kansas Secretary of State to identify individuals registered to vote in multiple states using a point-based confidence factor system (requiring minimum 75 points based on name, date of birth, Social Security number, driver's license, and address matching).
