Provides that a waiver of remonstrance of annexation executed before, on, or after June 30, 2018, is void if the waiver is recorded more than 90 business days after the date the waiver was executed. Provides that an area located within certain fire protection districts (including any area added to the fire protection district after the district is established) remains within the fire protection district after the annexation.
