Presidential candidates. Provides that a declaration of candidacy, a declaration of intent to be a write-in candidate, a petition of nomination, or a certification of nomination of a candidate for President of the United States must include a copy of every federal income tax return filed by the candidate for the candidate's five most recent taxable years. Provides that a certificate of nomination for a candidate who has already filed copies of these federal tax returns with the candidate's declaration of candidacy is not required.
