Defines "qualified individual" as an Indiana resident who served in the armed forces and has a service-connected disability documented by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or Department of Defense disability retirement benefits.

Allows qualified individuals to obtain either a resident yearly fishing license or resident yearly hunting license individually or in combination free of charge annually instead of paying prescribed fees.

Permits qualified individuals to obtain a resident 10-year hunting and fishing license (or separate 10-year hunting and fishing licenses) for a reduced fee of $27.50 per decade.

Requires applicants to request licenses from the department, an appointed agent, or county circuit court clerk and present evidence of qualified individual status.

Effective July 1, 2018.
