• Honors Addison Agen, a Fort Wayne resident who finished as runner-up on season 13 of "The Voice"

• Recognizes her progression through the competition from blind audition (where judges Miley Cyrus and Adam Levine turned their chairs) through battle rounds, playoffs, and semifinals to the finals

• Notes she placed in the top 10 on iTunes during live episodes, began singing at age 4, started songwriting at age 11, and released her first album "New Places" in 2016

• Expresses Indiana General Assembly's congratulations to Addison Agen and recognition of her as an outstanding ambassador for her state and city

• Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to Addison Agen and her family
