Commemorates January 12, 2018, as the 200th anniversary of the Grand Lodge of the Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Indiana, which was first sanctioned on January 12, 1818.

Recognizes the 23 founders of the Grand Lodge of Indiana as prominent statesmen and pioneers, including General Washington Johnston, Benjamin Vincennes Beckes, Henry P. Thornton, Alexander A. Meek, Jeremiah Sullivan, and others who held various state and federal legislative positions.

Acknowledges that the Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons has established itself as an important part of Indiana's social and fraternal fabric.

Notes that Freemasons played an important part in the creation of the nation.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Grand Lodge of the Free and Accepted Masons.
