Recognizes the 25th anniversary of the Indiana Minority Health Coalition (IMHC), a statewide agency addressing health disparities and chronic health conditions affecting minorities

Notes that local minority health coalitions began organizing in 1992, and the statewide IMHC was established through the vision of late State Representative William Crawford and the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus, incorporated in 1994

Commends the IMHC for expanding its network of coalition affiliates and providing health services, screenings, and programs throughout Indiana communities

Acknowledges the IMHC's mission to enhance quality of life through education, advocacy, health care services, research, policy development, and addressing state health priorities including infant mortality, mental health, addiction, oral health, and chronic disease

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Indiana Minority Health Coalition
