Memorializes Lieutenant Aaron Allan, who died in the line of duty on July 27, 2017, while approaching an overturned vehicle to assist occupants.

Recognizes Allan's 6-year tenure with the Southport Police Department and more than 17 years of law enforcement experience across multiple agencies including Indianapolis Police Department, Marion County Sheriff's Department, and Indiana State Fair.

Documents Allan's service milestones including becoming the first full-time paid officer with Southport Police in January 2017, graduation from Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in 2011, and receipt of the 2015 Officer of the Year Award and 2017 Life Saving Award.

Acknowledges Allan's family including his wife Stacy (married 2011), stepson TJ, and son Aaron Allan Jr. (born December 2011), and his dedication to protecting others and serving his community.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to Lieutenant Allan's family.
