Honors the Winchester Community High School girls basketball team for their Class 2A state championship runner-up finish with a 46-42 loss to Central Noble High School.

Recognizes the team's accomplishments including 26 wins (program record), perfect 8-0 Tri Eastern Conference championship, second consecutive sectional win, third regional win, and first semi-state appearance.

Acknowledges Head Coach Holly Gutierrez achieving her 100th victory during the season despite key player Shelby Miller's right knee injury (meniscus and ACL tear) sustained during the sectional championship game.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to each team member, manager, assistant coach, Head Coach Holly Gutierrez, the principal, and superintendent.
