Notes that ruptured aneurysms are relatively uncommon but very serious with high mortality and disability rates.

Acknowledges that survivors of brain aneurysms face physical challenges, emotional challenges, depression, and potential deficits during recovery.

Requires the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit copies of the resolution to Governor Eric Holcomb, the Brain Aneurysm Foundation, and Raymond Morefield.
