Designates March 2, 2018, as National Speech and Debate Education Day in Indiana.

Recognizes the National Speech and Debate Association's event established to promote speech and debate instruction across all grade levels.

Acknowledges that speech and debate education develops students' skills in communication, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration through public speaking and reasoned discourse.

Recognizes educators who devote in-school, after-school, and weekend time to supporting student speech and debate practices and competitions.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to the National Speech and Debate Association.
