The Indiana House of Representatives acknowledges the outstanding work performed by the Indiana Association of Career and Technical Education Districts (IACTED).

IACTED is a professional organization with 50 member districts representing over 95 percent of Indiana's public school corporations that promotes career and technical education (CTE) improvement.

IACTED's vision includes leading the nation in providing high-quality CTE programs, offering relevant professional development for CTE teachers and counselors, and preparing all students at all ability levels for life after high school.

IACTED proposes academic integration, alignment of core academic and CTE standards, dual credit opportunities, certifications in CTE programs, and emphasizes accountability through data gathering and evaluation to guide program decision-making.

The Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the executive board of IACTED.
