Reimbursed costs for a child removed from home. Requires the department of child services (department) to determine if a child who: (1) is removed from the home of the child's parent or guardian; and (2) placed in a foster family home or the home of a relative of the child that is not a foster family home; has an adequate supply of clothing and personal hygiene items at the time the child is initially placed.
