Recognizes the Indiana State Bar Association Leadership Development Academy (LDA) for empowering and developing lawyers to serve as role models in ethics and professionalism.

The LDA Class of 2018 is the seventh annual class, consisting of 25 Indiana lawyers admitted to practice for 15 years or less.

Class members travel throughout Indiana engaging in panel discussions and activities with Indiana Supreme Court Justices, Court of Appeals judges, legislators, and business and military leaders on topics including public service, economic development, government, leadership, and diversity.

February 19-20, 2018 mark designated LDA session days focused on local and state government, including tours of the Indiana Statehouse and federal buildings, and discussions with legislators.

The Secretary of the Senate is directed to transmit copies of the resolution to the Indiana State Bar Association Leadership Development Academy and members of the seventh annual class.
