Establishes a new Information Technology Oversight Committee within the Indiana General Assembly, effective upon passage

Committee consists of 16 members: 10 state legislators (split between House and Senate, majority and minority parties), the state Chief Information Officer, the Secretary of Commerce, and 4 lay members with technology expertise

Lay members must be Indiana residents with experience in information technology, data management, computer systems, software, broadband development, robotics, automation, or artificial intelligence

Committee jurisdiction includes oversight of state government technology deployment, broadband development, robotics/AI, resident-government technology interactions, and technology's role in economic development and workforce development

Committee may only meet during legislative interim periods and requires approval of at least 8 members to recommend proposed legislation to the General Assembly
