Possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana remains a Class B misdemeanor; cultivation thresholds also raised from any amount to more than 2 ounces

Level 6 felony threshold for marijuana possession (with prior drug conviction) raised from 30 grams to 4 ounces

Hash oil, hashish, and salvia remain criminalized at any amount under existing penalty structure
