Calls for the House Judiciary Committee to conduct a comprehensive investigation into alleged sexual misconduct by Attorney General Curtis Hill against a female legislator and multiple female legislative staff members on March 15, 2018

Directs the committee to determine whether sufficient grounds exist for the House to exercise its constitutional impeachment power under Article 6, Section 7 of the Indiana Constitution

Authorizes the Judiciary Committee to organize, adopt rules and procedures, and appoint special counsel and necessary personnel to carry out the investigation

Requires the committee to submit findings and recommendations to the House, including articles of impeachment if warranted

Requires copies of the resolution to be transmitted to Governor Eric Holcomb, Attorney General Curtis Hill, and Secretary of the Senate Jennifer Mertz
