Team defeated top-ranked Bremen High School 5-0 in the championship game on June 9, 2018, at Purdue University's Bittinger Stadium, achieving their fourth consecutive shutout

Freshman pitcher Kaiah Fenters pitched a one-hit, seven-inning shutout in the championship with 209 strikeouts and 1.85 ERA entering the game; teammate Rylee Wade received the IHSAA Class 2A Mental Attitude Award

Team finished the 2018 season with a record of 22 wins, 6 losses, and 1 tie under Head Coach Alyssa Coleman
