Recognizes Omega Psi Phi as a predominantly African-American organization of college men founded at Howard University on November 17, 1911, guided by principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift

Highlights fraternity's community programs including Achievement Week, Talent Hunt for young performing artists, College Endowment Fund contributing at least $50,000 annually to historically black colleges, and health initiatives through the Charles Drew Blood Drive

Directs the Principal Clerk to transmit a copy of the resolution to Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and its 10th District representative
