Raduenz graduated from Purdue University and The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, was admitted to practice law in 1984, and practiced in Indiana for more than three decades

Served over a decade as a family law magistrate in Gary and Hammond, Indiana, ruling on thousands of cases and previously worked as a Guardian ad Litem representing children's interests in Lake County courts

Active in legal organizations including the Indiana State Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association (Board of Directors 2001-2013), and was a founding member of the Women Lawyers Association

Contributed to the Indiana Child Support Guidelines review committee and volunteered extensively with mock trial programs teaching students about the judicial system
