Requires all Indiana postsecondary and state educational institutions to establish procedures allowing full-time students aged 18 and older to designate a medical emergency contact

Mandates institutions notify the designated emergency contact within 24 hours after a student experiences a medical emergency on campus

Defines "medical emergency" as a health incident resulting in notification and deployment of emergency services

Exempts institutions from notification requirements for emergencies occurring off-campus or emergencies of which the institution has no knowledge

Effective July 1, 2026; introduced by Representative Garcia Wilburn and referred to the House Committee on Education
