Restructures the Marion County Superior Court executive committee selection process, with candidates chosen by two-thirds vote of sitting judges and the chief judge selected by the chair of the judicial selection committee, serving three-year terms starting January 1, 2027.

Requires 85% supermajority vote of the full court to remove executive committee members or overrule executive committee actions, replacing the previous two-thirds threshold.

Eliminates voter retention elections as the sole mechanism for Marion County judges to remain in office; the judicial selection committee now makes binding suitability determinations, and judges found unsuitable cannot appear on the retention ballot.

Reduces the Marion County judicial selection committee from 14 to 14 members by replacing four bar association appointees with four attorneys appointed by the governor and chief justice, and increases judicial vacancy nominations from three to five candidates.

Requires retired judicial officers to carry photographic identification and complete annual one-hour live-fire firearms training to possess firearms in the same locations as law enforcement officers, effective July 1, 2026.
