Department of Child Services must have direct in-person contact with an alleged victim of child abuse or neglect within 30 days before concluding an assessment or dismissing/terminating a child in need of services (CHINS) case in juvenile court

Adds new section 11.1 to Indiana Code 31-25-2, amending family law and juvenile law provisions

Requirement is subject to existing provisions under IC 31-33-8-7
