Requires governmental bodies holding individuals subject to federal immigration detainer requests to notify the judge, record the detainer in case files, comply with all detainer requests, and inform the individual they are being held pursuant to the detainer

Prohibits employers from knowingly or intentionally recruiting, hiring, or employing unauthorized aliens, with penalties including suspension of operating authorizations for 5-180 days or permanent revocation for repeat violations

Bars political subdivisions from using facilities, funds, or employees to aid, assist, incentivize, or facilitate the migration of aliens into Indiana without prior written approval from the Family and Social Services Administration

Authorizes the attorney general to bring enforcement actions against governmental bodies violating immigration cooperation requirements, with civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation, and to defend law enforcement officers and governmental bodies sued for immigration-related enforcement actions

Requires hospitals to report the type of identification used by Medicaid patients upon admission beginning July 1, 2026, and requires the Family and Social Services Administration to provide data on non-citizens receiving public benefits upon request from legislators or state officers
