Establishes the family recovery court fund to provide dedicated funding for family recovery courts and safe baby courts in Indiana, effective July 1, 2026

Fund receives appropriations from the state unrestricted opioid settlement account, plus donations, gifts, and transfers from other sources

Family recovery courts must target child abuse or neglect cases where a parent or primary caregiver has a substance use disorder or co-occurring disorders, and must be certified as problem-solving courts by the office of judicial administration

Office of judicial administration will administer the fund, with administrative expenses paid from fund money

Fund money is continuously appropriated (does not require annual legislative approval), investment interest stays in the fund, and unused balances do not revert to the state general fund at fiscal year end
