Adds statutory definitions for "wake boarding" (using a short board towed by a motorboat across a wake) and "wake surfing" (surfing a motorboat's wake with or without a tow rope) to the Indiana Code, effective July 1, 2026

Prohibits wake boarding and wake surfing on public freshwater lakes between sunset and sunrise

Restricts wake boarding and wake surfing on small lakes (those with 10 mph speed limits) to only the times and days when a speed exemption has been granted for that lake

Applies existing small lake speed exemption rules adopted before July 1, 2026, to wake boarding and wake surfing activities

Violations constitute a Class C infraction under Indiana law
