Requires the Indiana Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services to apply for a Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver by October 1, 2026

Waiver would provide Medicaid coverage for nutrition supports including case management services, nutrition counseling and instruction, home delivered meals (including medically tailored meals), pantry stocking, nutrition prescriptions, and grocery provisions

Eligible recipients include Medicaid enrollees with chronic diseases impacted by nutrition and diet, pregnant women, and children

Effective date: July 1, 2026
