Grants civil liability immunity to property owners, spectators, and event promoters for participant injuries, deaths, or property damage resulting from inherent risks of off-road vehicle use

Defines "inherent risks" to include surface variations causing loss of vehicle control, collisions with objects, animal attacks, operator error, equipment failure, and aggravation of existing conditions in remote locations

Immunity does not apply when owners, spectators, or promoters intentionally injure participants, commit gross negligence, fail to exercise ordinary care, or engage in willful/wanton misconduct or criminal conduct

Does not apply to employer-employee relationships as defined under Indiana worker's compensation law

Effective July 1, 2026
