Division of Mental Health and Addiction may develop a funding application program for school corporations to obtain FDA-approved opioid overdose reversal medication, subject to available funding

State health commissioner is required to issue a statewide standing order, prescription, or protocol for FDA-approved opioid overdose reversal medication (including nasal spray) for every public school

Each school must receive at least two individual doses of opioid overdose reversal medication under the standing order

Schools may cooperate with opioid overdose prevention organizations to carry out the program
