Adds recording a false or fraudulent deed or affidavit with intent to deceive to convey real property title to Indiana's list of deceptive acts enforceable under consumer protection law (IC 24-5-0.5)

Covers both direct attempts to convey property and conspiracies to convey property through fraudulent documents

Authorizes courts to issue injunctions, quiet title to the real property, and award monetary judgments to victims of fraudulent deed schemes

Allows compensatory damages up to 3 times actual damages, punitive damages of at least 2 times the maximum compensatory amount, plus attorney's fees and costs for knowing or intentional violations

Effective July 1, 2026
