Adds source of income, military active duty status, and veteran status as protected classes under Indiana's fair housing law (IC 22-9.5), effective July 1, 2026

Defines "source of income" to include Section 8 housing vouchers, federal/state/local housing assistance, rental vouchers, rental assistance, and rental subsidies from nongovernmental organizations

Prohibits landlords and sellers from refusing to rent, sell, or negotiate housing based on the new protected classes, and bars discriminatory advertising or misrepresentation of housing availability

Extends protections to residential real estate transactions including loans, financial assistance, and access to multiple-listing services and real estate organizations

Makes it a Class A misdemeanor to use force or threats to intimidate or interfere with a person exercising fair housing rights based on any protected class, including the newly added categories
