Exempts Indiana from daylight saving time under the Uniform Time Act of 1966 (15 U.S.C. 260a(a)), effective July 1, 2026

Petitions the U.S. Department of Transportation to move the entire state to Central Standard Time year-round

Prohibits state departments, agencies, counties, cities, and political subdivisions from adopting any statute, ordinance, or order providing for daylight saving time

Requires the governor to submit the act and required documentation to the U.S. Department of Transportation within 10 days of filing
