Superintendent of state police must create and distribute reporting forms for law enforcement agencies to submit data on medical forensic examination kits (rape kits) in their possession

Law enforcement agencies must annually report by July 1: total kits collected, total kits in possession awaiting testing, and average processing time from submission to test results

Superintendent must provide an electronic summary of the rape kit data to the legislative council before September 1 each year

Amends IC 10-11-2-33, effective July 1, 2026
