Summary of Indiana HB 1188

• Extends supplemental pension benefits and incentive increases to employee beneficiaries of the state police 1987 benefit system, expanding eligibility beyond the current pre-1987 benefit system recipients

• Modifies eligibility requirements for supplemental benefits: employees under IC 10-12-3 need 20 years of service, while those under IC 10-12-4 need 25 years of service, plus must be at least 55 years old
