Establishes the Indiana Vaccination Adverse Event Reporting System (IVAERS) requiring the Indiana Department of Health to create a state-level system for tracking adverse events related to childhood vaccines, effective July 1, 2026

Mandates health care providers report adverse events experienced by Indiana children under their care, including events reportable under federal VAERS, autism spectrum disorder diagnoses, and any other reactions the provider determines were caused by the vaccine

Requires the department to create a searchable, publicly accessible online database available 24 hours a day, with personal identifying information removed from published reports

Protects individual health information as confidential, with release permitted only to the individual, their parent/guardian if under 18, or to health care providers with consent

Makes knowing, intentional, or reckless disclosure of confidential IVAERS information a Class A misdemeanor, and appropriates funds from the state general fund to establish and maintain the system
