Creates a new "Level 3" certification tier for certified technology parks that have reached their Level 2 deposit limits, maintained certification, and are located within a qualified military base enhancement area

Level 3 parks may receive an additional annual incremental income tax deposit of up to $250,000 (or $250,000 multiplied by the number of participating redevelopment commissions for joint parks)

Automatic upgrade from Level 2 to Level 3 occurs when a qualifying park reaches its Level 2 deposit limit, rather than requiring a separate application process

Amends IC 36-7-32 governing certified technology parks and their incremental tax financing funds

Effective July 1, 2026
