Establishes annual reporting requirements between the Defense Task Force and the Office of Defense Development, with priorities due by May 1 and expenditure reports due by August 1 each year

Creates a new chapter governing Indiana's FAA-designated Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Test Site, exempting the test site operations from state procurement, contracting, and fee-setting requirements while under federal oversight

Requires the UAS test site operating partner to maintain a segregated bank account for all test site funds and submit biannual reports to the budget committee and Defense Task Force on expenditures and funding sources
