Prohibits property and casualty insurers from requiring policyholders or prospective policyholders to post or display "gun free zone" notices as a condition of coverage

Defines "gun free zone notice" as any written notice stating that firearms or ammunition are prohibited or otherwise restricted on the premises

Applies to property and casualty insurance policies issued, delivered, renewed, or amended after June 30, 2026

Adds new Chapter 30 to Indiana Code Title 27 (Insurance), effective July 1, 2026
