Prohibits consumer reporting agencies from charging any additional fees or increasing existing fees for Social Security number search requests

Applies to consumer reporting agencies that maintain files on consumers nationwide, with "consumer" defined as individuals whose principal residence is in Indiana, including protected consumers and their representatives
