Requires parties in protection order hearings to disclose any military protective orders issued by a military commander under 10 U.S.C. 1567, in addition to existing disclosure requirements for civil, criminal, and family court proceedings.

Allows courts to consider evidence of an existing military protective order when determining whether to issue a civil protection order against the respondent.

Expands recognition of foreign protection orders to include those issued by Canadian courts, granting them full faith and credit in Indiana alongside orders from other U.S. states and Indian tribes.

Takes effect July 1, 2026.
