Limits collective bargaining with school bus drivers to the same subjects permitted for teachers under IC 20-29-6-4, and applies the same prohibited bargaining subjects that apply to teachers

Removes expired statutory provisions throughout Indiana Code, including sunset dates from December 31, 2025 and July 1, 2025 that have passed

Terminates the magistrate position for Jennings County circuit and superior courts effective December 31, 2025, with a retroactive effective date of January 1, 2026

Makes conforming amendments to definitions and cross-references in property tax, tax credit, motor vehicle title, and land use planning statutes to account for repealed sections
