Creates a mandatory registration system for recovery residences (sober living homes) with the Division of Mental Health and Addiction, requiring owners to pay $500 initial registration fees and $350 renewal fees every two years, with a $2,000 cap for owners of multiple residences

Establishes ethical standards for recovery residences based on National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) or Indiana Affiliation of Recovery Residences guidelines, and prohibits facilities from using the term "recovery residence" unless registered and in good standing

Requires the division to maintain a public website listing all registered recovery residences with their name, address, contact information, registration status, and any ethical violations

Defines "integrated reentry and correctional support" as mental health and substance use services provided to incarcerated individuals and those reentering society, and authorizes the division to certify these programs

Takes effect July 1, 2026
